BOXERCISE

Box

Boxercise is a class that everybody is able to do. We can all punch and kick and it’s a great entry into fitness. You can work at your own pace and our classes certainly allow you to do this but if you really want to work hard and be pushed to the max then come along and be ready for the challenge.

This class is a great stress reliever, which increases your stamina, strength and tone. Most importantly, you will have fun whilst you box and kick your way fit. All of our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and all exercises can be adapted to suit everybody.

Boxercise has developed and adapted age old training principles to form a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
